About this speaker
Ocelli in latin represents the eye-like pattern found on a peacock’s feather. The bird, one of the national symbols of India, represents the ties we have to our location - the Byward Market. Using it as a source for our inspiration, we built our concept around trade - exotic ingredients, recipes from different parts of the world, and fusion.
