Based in Montreal, Lea Messier F. is National Brand Ambassador for the Dandurand Group’s spirits portfolio. 

Working in the hospitality industry for 15 years (and counting), Lea climbed the spirits industry ladder from busgirl to bar manager while mastering the organization of craft-cocktail-related events everywhere in Canada, from BC to NS. 

Since her move to the corporate side, Lea has been a proud and fierce advocate for the bartending community and implementing a non-negotiable standard for fair remuneration as well as a while focussing on sustainable event-planning practices. “Visibility does not pay the bills” is part of her constant pitch to brands and marketing agencies.

Lea Messier F. prides herself in being close to the Canadian bartending community for years and hosts some of the nicest spirits & craft-cocktail events in her pan-Canadian territory, while focussing on sustainable event-planning practices and a firm anti single-use material ban.
