Overstory is a 24-seat cocktail bar on the 64th floor of 70 Pine Street. Guests visiting Overstory are greeted in the red marble-clad lobby of 70 Pine before being shuttled to the 63rd floor in a dedicated elevator that opens into SAGA. Drinkers are then escorted up a travertine stairwell to Overstory, an intimate oval-shaped jewel box in the sky. Designed by MN, the 24-seat barroom is characterized by blush plaster walls, burgundy banquettes, and modeled on a vintage theater marquee. With a wraparound terrace with uninterrupted views of New York's port, Overstory is a singular addition to the city’s bar scene.
