About this speaker
Robert Weeks is the Co-Owner of Bisou Bisou and Director of Operations for The Northern Hospitality Group, based in Montreal, Canada. He has been part of the group’s leadership for five years, previously serving as General Manager at both The Coldroom and El Pequeño. In 2023, Rob took on an expanded role, opening Bisou Bisou and Bar Bello, and moving into operations, where he now oversees all aspects of the venues while maintaining consistency across the group.
Originally from the New Forest, England, Rob earned a BSc in Medical Physiology from the University of Leicester. Like many in the industry, he fell into hospitality while pursuing a desire to travel the world. His journey has taken him through some of the best hospitality venues globally, including Hawksmoor (Spitalfields) in London, Jungle Boy in Melbourne, and several venues in Toronto.
For the last two years, Rob has tackled the joys of bar ownership. Spreading a passion for Fortified wines and Calvados through multiple international pop-ups. Aiming to bring a global perspective and a passion for hospitality to every project he’s part of.
