Selva is an ode to the diversity and richness of local ingredients and Mexican Spirits, it is a journey through the flavors of Oaxaca, its culture, terroir and heritage. An eclectic tasting space with room for conversations and thought provoking cocktails. A bar with strong attention to seasonal ingredients, focusing on the synergy between the innovation and the endemic, stimulating all senses with international style and elegance.

Selva also functions as an art gallery for local artists. Its most iconic art piece is a monumental wall painting by Oaxaquenan artist Raúl Herrera. We regularly collaborate with local artists like Sabino Guisu, Jacobo y Maria Angeles, Guillermo Olguín, Eloy Borgio and photographer Claudio Vandi.
