Shane Eaton

Shane Eaton is a Canadian-born Physics researcher based at CNR and Politecnico di Milano in Milano, Italy. Shane shares his passion for good drinking and eating on his Milanese and International blogs Questa Mia Milano and Cocktail Pilgrim, respectively. Shane is a writer for drinks industry publications Bargiornale in Italy (55 articles), and Drinks International and CLASS (13 articles) in London. He has also organized over 25 guest shifts including Boadas/Sips Barcelona × Atlas Singapore during World’s 50 Best Bars 2023.
