Truth & Dare

Truth and Dare, located in the heart of Vienna on one of the oldest streets of the city, embraces the very traditions of cocktail culture but also the latest innovations in creating their signature libations.

The minimalist approach of interior design is also reflected in the straightforward appearance of the cocktails – the pure aesthetics highlight what’s important: taste and perfect balance.

Perfect balance is also, what the outstanding team around the two founders Dominik Möller and David Kranabitl tries to achieve every night: feel-good vibes of a high-paced bar combined with warm hospitality and perfection in each concoction.

The bar opened in February 2020 - 3 weeks before the pandemic hit. But nevertheless the bar survived and made a name for itself. The team won 'Best new Opening' at the Falstaff Awards in 2020 and 'Best Bar Austria' at the Mixology Awards in Berlin for three consecutive times 2023-2025. In 2024 the bar was added to the 50 Best Discovery list.
