They now run their own businesses, lead brands, spearhead non-profits, and shape the future of hospitality in ways that go far beyond the traditional roles. Veronique Dalle
Véronique Dalle est sommelière et propriétaire du restaurant Foxy à Montréal. Diplômée de l’ITHQ et de Suze-La-Rousse. Lauréate du titre de Sommelière de l’année aux Lauriers (2021) et nommée Best Sommelier in Canada par Canada’s 100 Best (2023)
Noémie Ducharme
As the owner of three restaurants, she experienced the many challenges faced by women in hospitality. This led her to co-found Tablé(e) au féminin, a nonprofit collective that fosters support, recognition, leadership, and sustainable, long-term careers for women across all sectors of the industry.
